Aruba (Dec. 2022) – Senses Fine Dining is moving to a prime location in the high-rise hotel area inside Radisson Blu Aruba. After five years of perfecting and establishing the chef’s table experience at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, Senses is expanding and becoming the first restaurant establishment in the high foot traffic area of Palm Beach to offer the chef’s table
experience. Guests will also have the option to select from a reimagined a la carte menu. With the relocation, Senses will be offering two concepts under one roof.

The restaurant doors of the new Senses inside the lobby of Radisson Blu Aruba will open on Dec. 15, 2022 with a la carte. The chef’s table experience at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort will continue until January 2, 2023. Starting January 3, 2023, Senses Fine Dining at Radisson Blu Aruba will offer both chef’s table and a la carte.
“The culinary team at Senses is re-inspired and created an exquisite a la carte menu with a focus on tableside service,” says Kelt Hugo Maat, co-owner and executive chef of Senses. “We are reinvigorated and look forward to welcoming guests to experience both sides of the restaurant.”
A few key dishes from the newly developed a la carte menu that guests can look forward to include oysters with champagne as a starter, wagyu A5 beef tartar with caviar of sturgeo n, Tomahawk steak carved at the table, pork and scallops plus an array of delectable desserts and much more.
